The Sports and Youth Welfare Department organized the ceremony of the State-Level Youth Festival-2025 and the inauguration of the Parth Scheme (Police Army Recruitment Training & Hunar) and the Madhya Pradesh Yuva Prerak Campaign (MPYP) on January 8, 2025, at T.T. Nagar Stadium, Bhopal. The event was graced by the distinguished presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Cooperation, Sports, and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang, along with other eminent citizens.

The Sports Department will organize training programs for the youth of the state who aspire to serve in the Army and Police under the 'Parth' scheme (Police Army Recruitment Training & Hunar). Additionally, the Madhya Pradesh Yuva Prerak Campaign (MPYP) will establish successful and capable youth as mentors across the state.

From January 6 to 8, 2025, the 28th State-Level Youth Festival was organized. Special events were held at the district, division, and state levels across the state. The 45 selected youth from the youth festival will share their perspectives and ideas on building a developed India in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on January 11, 2025.

This year, 350 participants from 10 divisions participated in seven categories: group folk songs, group singing, painting, speech, science fair, story writing, and poetry writing. At the district level, 10,500 youth participated between December 18 and 26, and at the divisional level, 1,700 youth participated from January 3 to 5, 2025.
