The Government of Madhya Pradesh will provide financial assistance of ₹1.5 lakh to meritorious students. Under this government scheme, the government will cover the full fee for medical, engineering, management, law, BA, BSc, BCom, nursing, polytechnic, and other graduation courses.
Information Related to the Scheme:
Engineering: Any student who has a rank within 50,000 in the JEE Mains exam is eligible. If the student gets admission in any government or private engineering college, the state government will bear the full fee for government colleges. For private colleges, the state government will bear the fee up to ₹1.5 lakh or the actual tuition fee, whichever is lower.
Medical: Students who have secured merit through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) and have been admitted to any government medical college in the country or to a private medical college in Madhya Pradesh for the MBBS course, will have their entire fee borne by the state government for government medical colleges. For private medical colleges, the state government will bear the applicable fee.
CLAT (Common Law Admission Test): Students who secure admission to national law universities (NLUs) through the CLAT exam, after completing 12th grade, will have their entire fee borne by the state government.
Other Higher Education Institutions: For premier institutions in Madhya Pradesh, like the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Bhopal, IIM Indore, and other government and state government institutions offering integrated post-graduate programs or similar courses, the entire fee will be borne by the state government.
For all state government colleges offering undergraduate courses like B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, Nursing, Polytechnic, and other bachelor’s degree programs, the full fee will be borne by the state government.
